Many of our products are made to order or customised. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE An order is not legally binding until we issue an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
6. DELIVERY Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided.

CONSUMER RIGHTS & CANCELLATIONSStandard (Non-Custom) ProductsUnder the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.You must notify us in writing within 14 days.Goods must be returned unused and in resaleable condition.You are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty.Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

8. FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be: Of satisfactory quality Fit for purpose As described If goods are faulty or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the law.
9. FLOOR DECALS & APPLICATION DISCLAIMER Floor decals and stickers must be applied in accordance with our guidance. Surface type, condition, preparation, and environmental factors are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee adhesion or removal results on all surfaces. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty or misdescribed.
