Refund Policy

Reporting Issues

Please notify DecalWorks of any shortages or damaged items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging where possible

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be issued (where applicable, handling charges may apply), including:

  • Items returned in a condition different from that in which they were supplied

  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund:

  1. Please check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take several working days to appear.

If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@decalworks.co.uk.

Custom Vinyl Stickers & Signs

Custom-made vinyl stickers and signs are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are produced to order and are non-stock items. Please check all artwork, sizes, and details carefully before placing your order.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us at sales@decalworks.co.uk for instructions before returning the item.

Handling Charges

If an incorrect item or size has been ordered, returned goods may be subject to a handling charge of up to 20%.

Magnetic Signs

Magnetic signs are recommended for use at speeds of up to 70 mph. DecalWorks cannot accept responsibility for magnetic signs that detach due to wind, vehicle shape, speed, or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds or replacements cannot be provided in these cases.

Return delivery times may vary depending on your location. For items valued over £50, we recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
